Larger Storage with
Twin Pumps Setup

Allied Pumps concrete pump stations are developed for multi-dwelling residential and commercial installations. They are commonly used in effluent schemes where twin pumps or larger storage volumes are required.

Precast concrete pits are moulded with a smooth, hard, impervious finish. These are designed for superior service life by combining high-strength 50 MPa concrete with sulphate resistant cement. Options for internal coatings, calcareous aggregate, or linings are also available.

Additionally, our concrete pump stations can be supplied with internal valve chambers fully sealed against the ingress of liquid or gas. This helps improve safety, serviceability, and long-term reliability.

Chamber Depth Option: Minimum chamber depths from 1.2 m to 2.0 m, with maximum chamber depths up to 10.0 m
Valve Chamber Options: Integral valve chamber sizes are available up to 2.2 m x 1.8 m depending on model
Capacity Options: Minimum depth chamber capacities range from 1700 L to 14,000 L, while capacity per extra metre of depth ranges from 1450 L to 8000 L
Pipework Sizes: Maximum pipework sizes range from 100 mm to 300 mm
Pipework Sizes: Cast iron or aluminium covers are available
