PUMP REPAIRS
We Repair All Pumps, Not Just Ours
Our Technical Service Division repairs pumps whether they were supplied by Allied Pumps or another company. We work across a broad range of pumping equipment used throughout mining, commercial and industrial applications.
In-House Repairs
Our in-house pump repair services are carried out by experienced technicians at Allied Pumps’ fully equipped workshop facilities. With approximately 15,000 m² of workshop space across our flagship facilities in Canning Vale, Kalgoorlie and Darwin, we have the capability to repair a wide range of pumping equipment, including complex units.
On-Site Repairs
When pumps cannot be transported to one of our branches, Allied Pumps can bring our repair capabilities directly to site. Our fleet of mobile service vehicles allows technicians to perform pump repairs, maintenance and servicing at customer locations, helping reduce downtime and avoid unnecessary equipment transport.
OUR TESTING
Testing We Offer
Our repair capabilities are supported by comprehensive testing services designed to help verify pump condition, performance and alignment.
Electrical testing helps identify faults and confirm the electrical components of the pump are operating correctly and safely.
Functional testing verifies that repaired pumping equipment operates correctly before being returned to service.
Hydrostatic testing checks the integrity of pump components under pressure to help identify leaks or potential weaknesses.
Precision laser shaft alignment helps ensure pump and motor shafts are correctly aligned for reliable, efficient operation and reduced mechanical wear.
