A popular lifestyle village 168 kms south of Perth had been approached by a large number of people interested in moving into the development. Wanting to take advantage of the interest in the Lifestyle Village and providing an excellent destination for people looking to downsize and retire into, the company who owned the village began the process of bringing on the third stage of the housing development.
The last thing residents want at a brand-new lifestyle village is the worry of – well anything at all, not least of which is – is there enough water. With over 100 villas with an additional 30 cottage lots the owners of the housing development came to Allied Pumps to deliver a suitable solution that would meet the growing requirements of the lifestyle village.
Understanding the importance of providing the best utilities and services to its current and potential new residents, Allied Pumps provided a 22.5kL polyethylene tank package in white to suit the environment and a package variable speed pressure system to suit the expansion which could handle the demand for precision control and constant pressure that would eliminate cycling, pressure fluctuations, costs and cyclic fatigue, ensuring constant water at all times including peak times.
Allied Pumps offers two generic types of control – Fixed Speed systems and Variable Speed Systems. Single or multiple pump units can be combined with pressure tanks, valves, gauges, pressure and flow monitoring equipment and many different filtration and treatment options – all mounted on a common frame with inter-connecting pipework, manifolds, terminating in a single suction and discharge point for ease of connection.
