INNOMAG® Pumps

The INNOMAG® magnetic drive pump provides exceptional safety, performance, and value in general purpose chemical process and ultra-high purity applications.

Because of its revolutionary dynamic thrust balancing system, the Flowserve INNOMAG® does not require thrust bearings and provides efficient operation even in applications containing solids.

This Flowserve magnetic drive pump is also compliant with ASME B73.3 or ISO 2858/15783 and offers outstanding leak protection for compliance with environmental regulations.

Features & Benefits 

  • One-piece EFTE impeller and inner magnet: Guarantees maximum torque transmission, eliminates balancing, and simplifies maintenance on the pump.
  • Composite construction: Made with aramid and carbon fibre-reinforced EFTE to ensure optimal leakage protection and corrosion resistance. This provides zero eddy current losses for maximum efficiency.
  • Dynamic thrust balancing system: The Flowserve INNOMAG® automatically responds to changes in flow, pressure, or viscosity to balance the axial thrust.
  • Superior solids-handling capability: The Flowserve INNOMAG® prevents damage by using silicon carbide back wear rings to restrict solids larger than 0.127mm from entering the containment shell.

New INNOMAG with Metallic Casing

We are pleased to introduce INNOMAG’s new ductile cast iron and stainless-steel metallic casing without EFTE lining. The metal casings are specifically designed for flammable applications, refinery applications, and non-corrosive/mildly corrosive environments. Benefits include:
