Bore Rising Main

Allied Pumps offers the Wellflo FRP Pump Column, a reliable and lightweight rising main system designed for submersible pump installations. The FRP Pump Column is corrosion-proof and engineered to withstand high axial loads, supporting its own weight, the weight of the submersible pump, associated components, and torsional forces. It comes in two ranges – Standard duty for depths up to 200m and Heavy duty for depths up to 350m.

The Bell and Spigot Lock joint system with anti-rotational configuration makes the pipes easy to join and dismantle, allowing for pump maintenance. The FRP Pump Column is available in pipe diameters ranging from 40mm NB to 400mm NB.

Features:

  • Long service life with excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical attack, including salt water, CO2, H2S, solvents, thermal or oily water, and more.
  • Lightweight and easy to handle, weighing approximately a quarter of steel.
  • Quick installation due to the Bell and Spigot Lock joint.
  • Improved flow with a smooth internal bore, resisting scale build-up and remaining constant over time. A special-built high-pressure pipe is available on request.
  • A corrosion-proof column with corrosion-resistant locking cords as standard.
  • Superior hydraulic sealing with Dual ‘O’ rings for improved hydraulic sealing.
  • Fewer joins – 5.6m length as standard, also available in 1m, 2m, and 3m lengths.
